Refund policy
Every piece you find here is thoughtfully made, carefully selected, and sent out with real intention behind it. Matching that, the return policy is simple and intentional - just like my work.
Original Artwork, Decor, Functional Decor & Sculptures
All original artworks, decor pieces, and sculptures are final sale. These are one-of-a-kind or made in limited quantities. The small-batch creations are made using materials that allow each piece of original wall art, decor items and sculptures to be unique. They may show natural variations that are part of their character which means no two are ever exactly the same. For this reason, I am unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on these items.
If you have questions about sizing, color tones, materials, or how something will look in your space, please reach out before purchasing. I'm happy to help you feel confident in your choice.
Art Prints
Prints may be returned within 30 days of shipping date if they are:
- unused
- undamaged
- unaltered
- in their original packaging
If your print arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days with photos so we can make it right. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
A quick note
My goal is for you to feel good about what you purchase from me and bring into your home or business. Thank you for supporting independent art and the slower, more intentional way these pieces are made. It truly means everything.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for art prints only (original artworks,decor,functional decor and sculptures are excluded and non-returnable/non-refundable/non-exchangable).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at buildwithjennifer@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address given to you after contacting via email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for original artworks,decor,functional decor and sculptures, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
