Sun Pockets & Bloom came together slowly using small pieces of wood veneer that were created by hammering each piece individually. The wood pieces were arranged on top of texture, using both planning and instinct to find their place. I wanted this piece to feel like a bright moment within a day.

This piece sits somewhere between floral and abstract, and will add brightness, a feeling of movement, and segmented color to any space.
